Orders and quotations
We quote from OE numbers. A quotation states price, availability and the delivery option for each line; the order is confirmed when payment is arranged as agreed.
Payment
We accept payment by Alipay or bank transfer (T/T). Payment terms are confirmed with each quotation.
Delivery
Two delivery options are available:
- Delivery within China: the goods are made available at our Dongguan warehouse or the agreed point in China, and the buyer arranges collection and freight.
- Door-to-door delivery: we arrange shipping to the destination address and confirm the freight with the quotation.
Returns and exchanges
Any product with a genuine quality defect may be returned or exchanged. Contact us with the OE number, quantity and photos; we will confirm the handling for each case.
